Creating your first Performlist is easy!
First, go to the List Builder in your Performlist account dashboard to create a new, empty Performlist.
At the bottom of the List Builder, you’ll find the option to create a new list. Enter the title for your list—let’s say, “Client Onboarding”—and click ‘create‘. The list builder will open the new Performlist for you to start adding content.
Performlists can contain multiple modules, which are perfect for grouping items together. To add a module, press the ‘add module‘ button and input the title for each module.
Within each module, you will add items, questions, or tasks relevant to that section. Open the module, navigate to the ‘items‘ tab, and press ‘Add Check‘ to include a new item. Fill in the necessary information for each item and press ‘save’
You can add descriptions to your modules and items for clarity, and even style the text or include links as needed. Each item can be customized to fit the type of response you’re looking for, such as yes/no options, user input, or a 1-10 scale.
Once you’re satisfied with the content of your modules, you can publish them individually. After finishing all modules and ensuring the overall Performlist is complete, include a detailed description and possibly a cover image if you’re sharing this Performlist with the community or selling it. This description will appear on the Performlist’s product page, so it should be clear and optimized for SEO.
Set the appropriate visibility and access settings in the ‘Publish‘ tab. You can choose to publish the Performlist to the shop, keep it private, or even use it in an Academy course, depending on your needs.
